Orders

Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with our team by calling +91 9599910101 or +91 7827662052 or email us at sales@babiesgoonline.com with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfill my order?
Our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

Can I get in touch for bulk orders?
Absolutely! Email us at sales@babiesgoonline.com for bulk order enquiries.

Do you gift wrap?
We would absolutely do that on request. Some of our smaller bundles include gift boxes (wherever mentioned on the product page). During checkout, please enter your message in the "special instructions" box and we can include a personalised gift note from you too.

Will all the items in my order be shipped as one package?
Typically, yes.

Payment

What payment options do you offer?
We support the following payment options:
1. Credit Card
2. Debit Card (only if your issuer bank permits online transactions)

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?
Yes, but only in Delhi/NCR.

Do you accept payment in multiple currencies?
No, currently we don't.

Do you accept payment through cheque/demand draft?
No, currently we don't.

How do you ensure the security of online payments?
We are using a very secure and trusted payment gateway to provide full security to our customers. If an amount is deducted after any failed transaction, it will be reverted to the bank account of the customer within a few days of time.

Do you save credit card information?
No, we do not store any credit/debit card information. We are as paranoid about your credit/debit card information as you are! Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway directly for billing. At no point is this information stored by us.
